I visited here several times and although there were several things that helped (like having actual boxes of products to see and read about) I always felt like this dietitian was just trying to fit me into her own box of doing things - not help me find my own. I can't count the number of times she suggested that coffee could be a snack because it was a protein - and that doesn't hit it for me.
