Unfriendly service and very meagre flowers for the price. Would not recommend.

I ordered a bunch of flowers to be delivered to my home for my husband (I was away for work), my instructions were nice posy of flowers not too long stems as we don't have a big vase. My budget was $80 including delivery Delivered same day and my husband liked the flowers. When I saw the flowers I was initially disappointed as it looked like a small bunch, looking closer there were lots of exotics like orchid, kangaroo paw, ranunculus, poppy. It was nicely arranged with greenery. So the shop listened to my request for a small bunch but used the budget for pretty flowers, fair enough. After a week I took some of the older flowers out of the vase and trimmed the stems on the rest, think it will be nice for another week. My verdict, good value for money as the flowers were so fresh they have lasted well, and the shop did exactly what I asked for and delivered same day.

24hrs pre ordering, $80 prepaid, garish cheap looking bunch of flowers, rude service. Yesterday morning I stopped in at Lizzie Bee's to order a bouquet of flowers. We discussed that they were for a teenage girls birthday, and agreed on a feminine short posy. When I asked how much it would cost, they said for a bunch to be gorgeous it would be $80. I paid the amount, and we agreed that they would be ready the following afternoon.

When I arrived at their shop this afternoon, the florist was on the telephone, without acknowledging me in any way she turned her back to me.
