LJ Hooker Hornsby

As a renter I am furious with L J Hooker in Hornsby. They took our money and wouldn't return our calls. It took a month to get our bond back because apparently they shred important documents without sending them first. They took no heed of our requests and charged us for an extra cleaning service without consulting us.

They also charge more rent than you expect with a ridiculous equation that times the weekly rent by 52 to get a years rent, then divides it by 365 and assumes that there are 31 days in a month. We ended up paying an extra $50 a month that we weren't expecting to.

Don't expect L J Hooker in Hornsby to care about you as a renter. They only want your money and won't give you any kind of service in return.

I would give them negative stars if possible.

They are excellent. They sold my apartment within 2 weeks and were very professional. Would recommend.
