I would not recommend dealing with this business, certainly never to rent or sell your house. That extends to renting a property off them. They have really bad internal communication with each other and make many mistakes. For example I was asked for the exact same information from four different people in LJ Hooker (trading as PAWL Pty Ltd) and I asked them to correct the constant mistakes they were making; only trouble is they kept making them! It was seriously like telling a two year old. Without going into huge detail they are not customer focused and lack real professionalism so I recommend finding a better real estate agent!
