Went missing when we needed them. Take ages to resolve issues. No out of hours emergency numbers just puts you through to their fax machine. Calls, texts, voicemails all ignored. Very poor service & avoid at all costs.

We had our house on the market with another local agent who professed to be the top selling agent in the area. After 3 months with no results we turned to Larry Collin at L J Hooker. He suggested a very aggressive ad campaign for the first week and within three weeks we had a buyer. I wish we had gone to him first up - would have saved us a whole lot of time, money and heartache!! Emma in the office is great too - very friendly and lovely. Very professional all round!
