Worst decision I ever made was to engage this Agency to manage our property at Mansfield. No knowledge of the governing acts, no advice when tenants fell behind in rents, level of incompetence of the staff beggared belief. Tried on many occasions to sell me expensive services we neither needed nor were required to have, all the while telling us we had to have them. When asked directly to show where the requirements were in the relevant act, or acts, were unable to do so. Clearly staff had no knowledge of the governing acts and apparently did not even have one in their office. Also constantly referred to an act that was replaced some years ago and no longer in effect. Avoid this lot and choose another agent. Really bad experience from a small mom and pop agency.
