The property management team was really supportive in helping us find a property when we moved from interstate, and when we missed out on one property they actively helped us find another. Unfortunately, after that, the property manager rarely if ever communicated with us, we found out only when another property management firm called us that we were now being managed by a different agency (we still never did get contacted by LJ Hooker to inform us properly, nor did they let us know to cancel our rent payments), and when the new agency (Raine & Horne) took over, we learnt that none of our concerns or maintenance requests had been passed on to the owner of the property! A real poor reflection on our property manager's professionalism unfortunately.
