Took our bond money just like that, not even giving us communication/receipt what's used for. Left the property in very reasonable and clean condition, agree for them to use their cleaning people. Still taking the bond and their excuse was why taking us so long ( three months) to chase it up. We left because the noticed they gave us, the property being sold to the big corporate. It's really old mouldy property with ongoing issue. Leaky damp and mould everywhere. Never get fixed. The property is now bulldozed for new development (units). Blatant greedy thief this agent is , no compassion nor helping the tenants whatsoever. Stay away.

I loved the properties which they are offering for rent. Agents are quite helpful. Just one suggestion if they can move to 1form application over manual application submission process.

Worst service, non professional and non caring attitude. I will never recommend Lj hooker Gosford to any one

The sales staff are excellent.

Very professional, helpful they offer a wonderful service to the buyer and the seller..

They are also supporters of the Cystic Fibrosis charity and donate heaps to the cause.

Well done Mr Hooker and staff.
