After assuring us that the market was improving and that our selling price was realistic, the agent pressured us to lower our asking price immediately after signing with them. We felt constantly pressured and manipulated throughout the selling process. We were advised to have an auction and assured that it wouldnt cost any extra. We found out the hard way that there were extra costs with this method including the auctioneers fee and additional advertising costs. We started to question the advertising costs we were being charged and found that this agency was charging us a lot more to advertise in the newspaper compared with other real estate companies. We would never deal with this agency again.
