They 'MISMANAGED' my investment property, they 'BREACHED THE CONTRACT' and let a tenant into my investment property that did so much more damage. They failed to do the property inspections as is required by them legally, they skipped many things on the exit report and then they scammed me with a 'cleaning company' that apparently cleaned the house for hundreds of dollars (my entire bond was consumed). When I went to see the property it looked the same as it did when the tenant had been evicted. Further the tenant was behind in rent for months. The real estate has put this all down to me and refuse to take any responsibility. Do not let them manage your investment properties. I am appalled.
