Thank you L J Hooker Northbridge for looking after my property for the past 5 years. Acting in my best interests when it seems most tenants cannot change a light bulb, water the garden or keep the garden tidy. You kept on my tenants and taught them to do things, you have maintained my properties, thank you, tenants want everything and it is easy to criticise, trying dealing with tenants , landlords and tradesman all day I imagine would not be easy, again, from my own dealings with you David, THANK YOU and Mitch/Rodney.
I would seriously warn anyone looking to rent to not sign with LJ Hooker. Our ground floor apartment has had it's door broken and therefore unable to be locked for weeks now. Every day we have to chase up with LJ Hooker Northbridge who say they will follow up with a contractor 'tomorrow' each time. After taking multiple unpaid days off work to stay home and make sure the apartment and belongings are safe we still haven't gotten any further with LJ Hooker Northbridge. At this stage we are just waiting for someone to break in or better put 'walk in' and steal from us so we can take LJ Hooker to the tribunal.
I found the whole experience with LJ Hooker - Northbridge managing my property very disappointing. I will not be using them again. They need to work on their customer service to provide professional property management to ensure that their customer's expectations are met.
It is completely the opposite with the 2 properties that L J Hooker Northbridge have looked after me for the past 5 years. Difficult tenants who cant change a light bulb, tenants making demands, tenants who can't pick up a broom-water the garden, my agent was always on there back and followed up on quotes and job repairs, some of these reviews are NOT real- its easy to criticise- thank you L J Hooker Northbridge.
