My partner and I rented a flat managed by LJ Hooker Pymble for two and a half years and we were always surprised by the poor level of service. For example, if I was ever unsure about the rent (aka that I had paid on time) who ever I spoke to seemed genuinely confused by their ledgers... We are also quite sure that they never turned up to the inspections that they scheduled when we weren't home. When it came time to move out we gave notice, the property management acknowledged receipt and then I heard nothing more from them. A week prior to leaving I called to confirm final rent balance and when we should return the keys and they said they hadn't received our notice? We also thought the way they handled our bond was unprofessional. They sited a few minor cleaning issues, we responded saying we would clean as required and asked to schedule a time.
