I do love Lloyd shoes but had the most frustrating experience at this store two weeks ago. The assistant, whilst very friendly had no idea what the staff was doing. Nearly every pair of shoes I wanted to try on were not available apparently... they then admitted there were so many boxes out the back they just couldn't find the styles I wanted in the mess. Eventually they could find my size. At the point of paying they overcharged me, then had no idea how to process a credit. After calling another store (Aquila I believe who own this store) they still couldn't do it - they then made three other calls, eventually getting another assistant to come around from Aquilla and process the credit - all this took at least 20 mintues. At an average $400 for a pair of shoes I expect more from Lloyd - these guys are competing on price with other luxury brands in the complex but providing the worst kind of service.
