Worst service ever. Moved from Vic to qld, all of our stuff did not show up on the day it was supposed too. After 3 days of being unable to even contact the office and sleeping in an empty house our things arrived, some of our belongings had been repacked some broken and a bench press completely missing no explanation. Rude and threatening company owners were our only communication once we were interstate. Disgusting!
Had a terrible time with this company and the related company Allways Removals- broken furniture, delayed delivery, damaged walls and blame put upon the client at every move. The stress it caused was terrible.It cost us financially and emotionally. Make sure you get everything in writing, including the size of every box, delivery dates, final cost, details of exactly how many steps invpled and the distance from truck to door and insurance.Take photos and keep strict notes if you go ahead with this.
