We chose Louis for replacing our kitchen benchtop because of all the great reviews he was getting! We thought this guy is too good to be true , we have to go for this ! And low and behold he is every bit the other reviewers wrote and more! We had our benchtop replaced before and know that our kitchen is not square , so we were very worried with quotes where someone cuts the stone off site and install within 4-5 hours . Louis put us at ease because he measures and cuts everything on site and assure us that a lot of kitchens are not square and that is one of his specialities ! He said he will need 4-5 days to do the job . Then we thought he must be very expensive since he spends a bit time on it. But he was better priced then the other quotes we got. We now have an amazing stone bench thanks to Louis. He helped us from the beginning with ideas on kitchen layout based on all his experience with other kitchens. He took us to his workshop to see the range of stone and then gave us a couple of samples so that we could see what they looked like in place for a few weeks.
He showed us the thin stone and how it would be when finished, plus he explained the benefits of using the more flexible thin stone. He then had several conversations with myself and the kitchen builder to make sure that the builder would build the correct substrate to put the Naturastone top on.
Installing the bench took a week as he worked by himself to make sure that the stone was cut perfectly to fit the bench and that the joints are almost imperceptible.

Could have told us it was 6MM thick, didnt say anything and we almost paid a deposit to him thinking it was real granite. Turns out its only fake stone. We were lucky to realize and go with another company who had a factory and showroom so we can see the full slabs.

We could not be happier with our new kitchen benchtop! Louis is an absolute master of his trade, with an old school approach where quality is of the highest importance. Hard to find in this day and age! We were impressed with Louis' communication from first contact, and throughout. He is full of knowledge & just a genuinely honest, reliable, professional & friendly man. Very reasonably priced for the job done and we would pay it over and over again!
