Local Agent Caloundra

We had a terrible experience with Local Agent. A perfectly wonderful weekend marred by their inability to provide any customer service. Firstly by proving 1 key for 8 adults staying for 2 nights. Then rubbish bins were full when we arrived so they charged us excess rubbish removal because we didn't put our rubbish in the bins. The gas bottle ran out half way through cooking our BBQ and they will not reimburse us for the purchase of another gas bottle. Just what you need when you are away from home - next time we will consider packing rubbish bins and gas bottles - heh that sounds like camping - not bad for $1000 spend for 2 nights. Take my advice and stay clear of Local Agent Caloundra.
