This company, and it's owner Steve Grech owes alot of local small businesses alot of money.... not to mention the customers that paid deposits/payments for services they never ended up receiving. I'd suggest you use other more reputable companies before you even considered this company!!!
The week before my move I booked the biggest truck & was told it would be $100/hr door to door. On moving day a truck roughly 1/2 the size arrived with 3 men (not 2) & I was informed it was going to be $130/hr. 'Thanks' to the truck not being big enough, they left a lot of my things behind at the old house....& rather than getting a discount which I should have for the inconvenience because I didn't get what I asked for, I was over charged. And what if I didn't have access to a ute for the rest of my things...I'd have been stranded. On the plus side, the truck was packed very well - but a truck that is too small is still too small. The honest thing would have been to inform me that the big truck was broken (because it broke down several days before my move) & give me the opportunity to book someone else. Had that happened I might have used them for my next move. Under the circumstances....never again!!!
