what a wonderful store so many handles to choose from, i didn't think a shop like this existed. bought some lovely black handles for my new kitchen and a new black door handle for my front door. The assistance i received was very helpful and prices were reasonable. I can highly recommend this store

I ordered some door handles that took a week to arrive in store as was told it would, nice surprise
I messed up my order and ordered 1 less privacy and 1 to many passage door handles, mark was very helpful and took back the passage set without a restocking fee and got me my privacy handle the next day by adding it to an existing order in express air

I experienced good old fashioned customer service, happy to see it still exists
