I'm writing this because I've had no response from you, it's been three weeks since our last conversation,
I very upset and disappointed I paid a lot of money for the fan Installation and paid the extra money for electrical installation.
The fan installed underneath my unit has not had any effect in removing the moisture from my unit. in addition that my unit is still full of moisture!
You stated at the time of installation that 99% guarantied satisfaction with your product, I must be the only 1%,
I would like to know what guarantee you can offer considering the product installed has had no effect in removing moisture from my unit.
Could you please respond A.S.A.P to my concerns stated above .
