Highly recommend Lockett McCullough Lawyers. Courtney has assisted me with a number of legal matters - conveyancing, estate planning and estate administration - and I have found her to be very professional, efficient and reasonably priced. Courtney was always quick to respond to my queries and her team were very pleasant to deal with.
The worst and most stressful conveyancing experience imaginable. Would never, ever use Lockett McCullough again.
Due to this firm not submitting our forms to the bank, we missed our settlement date. Very lucky for us, we had understanding buyers. Hi Brooke,
We are sorry to hear that you are disappointed with our service, we understood that your concerns had been resolved some time ago.
We do not quite understand your post, given your matter settled 2 days prior to the Settlement Date under your Contract.
If you would like to give our office a call to discuss further, we would be more than happy to assist.
I can relate. I was told my mobile phone was disconnected and that all communication would have to be via email. The Settlement Statement was not explained to me along with other items. I reverted to solicitors that I work with on a day to day basis. I came an inch from a LSC complaint but then the looming threat and yep that's a whole other level of stress that I shouldn't have had to contend with but thank the Lord for technology.
Lockett McCullough: "We do not quite understand your post, given your matter settled 2 days prior to the Settlement Date"...Is that a breach of client confidentiality?
In any case, is Lockett McCullough referring to the new settlement date that had to be negotiated, as you stated: "Due to this firm not submitting our forms to the bank, we missed our settlement date."
