4 years ago this adventure called Locksmith Photography & Dj begun. Lachlan started out doing photography for high school sporting events and slowly developed the skills and the eye for capturing moments in both Athletics & Cheerleading. His love for being able to capture a Raw Moment and be able to share it with an Audience drove him to begin to push into the world of photography more and more.
From what start as a Hobby, the business expanded to becoming the Traveling photographer for a Art In Movement Across America in 2014, which followed by countless opportunities at a State Level in Sports.
In 2015 ~ Locksmith Photography launched into the world of Portrait photographer with a Handle of amazing models kickstarting what continues to grow into a creative space for Locksmith Photography to create wonderful images that challenge the norm.
Our Music and Events portfolio Took off with now the Name of Locksmith Photography a House hold name for all your event photography needs. Lachlan also begun to expand into Music / Band photography after being inspired by fellow WA creative Jarred Seng. Now Lachlan Is a featured Photographer on TheMusic.com & Countless music blogs shooting Festival's & Bands across WA.
Owner and Head photographer Lachlan says "The Image I'm creating shouldn't be like anything else I've created before, I always want to create something outside my static world. I never want to fall into a 'normal' way of what I do, But instead constantly try new things, brainstorming new ideas and approaches to how things are done."
The team at Locksmith Photography & Dj believe we should try and live by this as well, turning away from a life where you can fall into everything becoming normal or comfortable. Getting out and trying new things, being bold, being Adventurous & Courageous! Only you can hold back your own potential!

Not recommended. I went to an engagement party last week and although the photos went up on Facebook quickly, they are incredibly pixelated, and edited way too dark for such a happy occassion. I can't even set a picture to be my desktop background because it's just rubbish quality. Loads of pics in the album are of nothing in particular, or blurry shots of lights, people with hair in their faces, blinking, etc. Should just be deleted. The photographer was awkward and we had to keep asking for our photograph to be taken on the night. Shame, it was such a fun night but the pictures are rubbish. Not recommended, especially for important occasions.
