Locksmith warehouse is not at all customer focused. They supplied the wrong handles and locks to us which we didn't realise until we went to install them a few months later. When we told them, they were rude and arrogant and didn't want to know. If we want to change we have to purchase whole new sets. I will search the country for another supplier just to not have to use Locksmiths Warehouse! Building and renovating is hard and stressful enough without having to deal with suppliers such as this. I would NEVER recommend Locksmiths Warehouse to anyone.

In response to your review, we are sorry that you feel your transaction with us was not handled with a focus on our level of customer service. We note your comments and have taken them on board for future dealings. Taking this opportunity to clarify the issue of incorrect supply. It is our practise to ensure that the client orders the correct product by asking lots of questions making sure the correct item/s are provided and this is confirmed with the client. When the item is picked up it is checked with the client. It can be assumed that the levers/handles were correct at that time. From this and your comment later in your review, the locks seem to not function in the way you wanted them to when installed by you or your contractor. On the website you are assured that your handles will be delivered within 5 working days. We paid $525 for our 6 sets of handles on 12/6/13 and as of 27/6/13 Locksmiths Warehouse had failed to send them out within the promised 5 working days. We were then assured over the phone that they would be sent on 21/6, when they didn't arrive by lunchtime the following Monday 24/6 we called the company again and were told "Sorry, sorry, we'll express post them to you tonight, they'll arrive tomorrow morning". When they still hadn't arrived Tuesday 25/6 we were told that instead of using a reliable company like Australia Post they had decided to courier them and they weren't exactly sure where the handles were. They knew they were somewhere in Victoria, just not exactly where. They hoped that they would arrive on Wednesday 26/6 but couldn't give us any definitive answers and tried to ignore our calls by claiming to be too busy to speak with us. Same ...read more
