I was in the market for a new bike and went to this shop as part of my hunt. They took the time to understand my needs and recommended the best bike for me. Super friendly and professional staff. It was a pleasant change from some of the other bike shops I visited beforehand. The ride has been good so far. I'll defintely be back in a few weeks to purchase a bike for my partner!

I'm so upset I didn't read the reviews on this place prior to going because they're absolutely true! I was over charged... I paid 70 bucks for a bit of oil and a bike that was worse off than when I put it in!Don't go here!!!

This shop is a disgrace, they sold me a wheel, advertised as new, and it failed within a month. When I returned to this store, they told me I crashed it, so instead of paying $100 to have it rebuilt, I went to a different store to have it restored, and they told me the wheels had been rebuilt with different size spoke, which were guaranteed to fail and in fact quite dangerous. So they sold me a second hand wheel advertised as new, which had been rebuilt with incorrect parts and tried to claim it as my fault when it broke.The service was terrible person at front counter tried to argue and blame me. I am furious, i have reported them to office of fair trade who are investigating. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS!!!!!
