I was recently getting my passport photo taken, it took them 5 goes to get it right taking over 1/2hr. When I went to lodge the passport I was told they cannot do it they are too busy! I made an appointment with another post office, when I lodged my application I was informed the photos were 'inappropriatel'. Thankfully the other post office took a new photo on the spot and lodged my application. I may not receive a letter for up to 3 weeks, yet I will constantly receive mail for another address 10km up the road. When asking how this can be fixed I was told to mail a letter to myself and see if it arrives or pay to have my mail re directed to my PO BOX? Come on guys, surely you can do better than that!
