Be wary when signing up for anything at this gym. Dont trust that management will back their staff or their promotions. Make sure you get all the details IN WRITING and read them carefully. We signed up for PT after being told via telephone our vouchers would be valid for 12 months, only to find out 3 months later they had expired. We also purchased a set of 10 vouchers on the verbal understanding that we got 3 session free as part of a promotion, only to find out after we paid that the promotion was not valid at that time so we only actually got credited for 10 session. Upon raising these complaints management declined responsibility and made no effort to back their employees. There has also been no effort to compromise or otherwise discuss with the customer. I will not be renewing my membership.

please call me in regards to this matter as it was never bought to managements attention you were unhappy and you may have been dealing with a staff member that was not authorised or familiar with our terms.
We strive to keep all our clients and members happy and will always work together to ensure that we are within our terms.
FYI - Personal training is valid with an expiry of 3 months.
You purchased your Personal Training on 12/12/2009 and we extended the expiriy date twice for you so you could use them up, the expiry date is 14/08/2010 and you still have 1 remaining.
We are sorrry for any confusion or inconvenience with a misunderstanding.
