going for a swim today. .....will put in a reveiw later today ....lets hope it has changed from three years ago when the heated pool was allways cold and dirty ....rude staff. .....Grandchild was taken out of swimming lessons because of this .....

It has improved so much since the new owners have bought it over....from the great positive service, through to the great swimming lessons held but positive role models that teach your kids well.

Also the pool is now swim able, I couldn't swim in it when the old owners had it as it was chorine bombed and I have sensitive skin, but now WOW what a pool, they check it every 3hrs I'm pretty sure and adjust manually if needed.

All amaities are clean too.

So it's a great family friendly place, please enjoy like I have

Well I've read and experienced first hand these 'old' reviews, today I returned after years of avoidance. The whole experience has completely changed. The pool was clean, lap lanes clearly marked, clear water. The change rooms are clean, all cubicles with doors as well! Staff were busy but professional, and surprise! Friendly, what a change! I will definitely be back, thank you!

Terrible..terrible..terrible..had both of my children taking swimming lessons and the swim classes weren't meant to be more than 4 children in a class. Often there were 6 or 7. In a 30 min class my child was getting 5 mins max. As if this wasn't bad enough they repainted the big pool over a week and left the place open to public. The fumes and smell were so bad that one little girl vomited and we canceled our class due to headaches caused by the fumes. I then requested a refund of the swim lessons we had remaining and told them we wouldn't be back. I was told to ring back when the management was in to discuss reimbursement. 2 months of phone calls and pop in visits (management never around) I finally got to speak to them who told me too much time had passed and there would be no refund. Very upset..worst customer service ever.

Over the past year, we have gone here a handful of times for a quick swim, only out of convenience.... over this past year, the filth of the place has got worse and worse!! The small pool smells a green fish tank that needs cleaning!! looks like it hasn't been filtered for a few days and the big pool doesn't smell as bad, you can see the green algae growing along the waterline of the pool and that too didn't look clear or clean, as a pool should be! ALL walking areas around the pools need to repainted or re-concreated, and cleaned!!! for safety reasons! My children and other children kept slipping over, no matter how careful or slowly they WALKED on their slimy and algae filthy walkways and ramps ..lol they do have mats! but those too were like a slip n slide, covered in slim. Most kids had slip or small fall or did the splits. Now too all the rust, dont get me started on how rusted everything is, bolts, handles, the slide and roof, the whole place needs a safety check! ...read more
