Lollypotz

I used to use Lollypotz for all my gifting occasions but I will never use them again. I ordered a lolly potz 2 weeks in advance & on the day it never showed despite me calling them 3 time during the day & them assuring me it would arrive before 5pm. When I called the next day, the woman blamed it on australia post & said she'd find out what happened & call me back. They did refund me instantly but I had to force an apology out of the woman on the phone. It's now 2 weeks later & she never called to let me know what went wrong even though she said she would. Terrible customer service & don't trust this company if you need a reliable delivery for an important occasion!
