Ordered a chocolate and champagne bouquet for a girlfriend's baby shower and she absolutely loved it.
Delivered when ordered, happy days!

I ordered on a Sunday and my friend did not receive her gift until Wednesday. I contacted them Tuesday via email to find out where the gift was and no one responded. When I called on Wednesday I was told there was no franchisee in the area I requested delivery to so that's why it took so long. No one bothered to contact me to tell me that and no one responded to me on Tuesday when I emailed to find out what was happening. Even the staff I spoke to today said they'd 'get back to me' and failed to do that. Bad service. would not use again.
