Service over the phone was appalling. Phone rang for ages before it was answered, and I had a specific query about a product in the online catalogue available on Lombard's website and the woman had no idea what I was talking about. First impressions aside, the service in-store was great. They had put aside the balloon I wanted and suggested some accompanying ballons. I chose the hi-float for the non-foil balloons, and a week later, the birthday boy still has lovely inflated balloons. They did a really good job putting it all together and packaged it really well. Huge range to choose from, and they have a voucher in the entertainment book for 25% off.
