Long Beach Medical Centre

The doctor I am seeing now is beautiful but the receptionist and the manager.
The manager gave me first warning without invesgating what happened yesterday just listened to her staff saying which is very discreamative and I professional.
I knew I was very excited and getting angry as the staff was telling lies by first saying the doctor is on time (we all know she is always running behind of schedule which is confirmed by the call through the manager today) , then she said the doctor was on lunch, then she said the doctor was with another patient and then she changed the words saying the doctor was about to go to her lunch, which is very confusing and getting me angry.

I would not recommend this doctor. I specifically asked about healthcare cards and was told yep they take them but it wasn't mentioned that you still have to pay and my appointment was at 12 but at 12:30 still waiting with two people in front. Not impressed at all

I've never cried so much after leaving a GP before. I was having withdrawals from a medicine prescribed to me by my regular doctor (which I realise now they should never have put me on) which I have been weaning myself off for the past 4 months, with the guidance of the Internet. I tried Long Beach medical centre thinking perhaps they could be my new regular GP. The doctor I got told me I should wean myself off this drug, did not ask why I was coming off the drug before telling me if it's so bad why don't I just go back on it. After a hellish 4 months of doing this alone and reaching out to someone I really couldn't hack that response. She attributed these withdrawal symptoms to my existing conditions, these symptoms I have never had before, then told me if I wanted it investigated I ' should have booked more than a 10 minute appointment'. Great, friendly service. I had a doctor who was a locum from QLD. She was awesome and very friendly. Highly reccomended for good service =)

My family and myself have been going here for years. We are very happy with the friendly service and the convience offered. The staff are very nice and helpful.
