I had a waist taken in on men's dress pants. When I wore the pants it was obvious they had been taken in from the unsymetrical bunching around the back. The stitching only last two wears before it fell apart.
After taking it back to done properly I was told I woukd have to wait a week before I could get it done!
I won't be returning. Certainly for the $40 price and poor workmanship
Wedding Dress & Flower Girl Dress Alterations: Very amateur, flower girl dress had the altered shoulder strap twisted when sewn back on. Wedding dress vertical seam was not centred after alterations, this was then fixed. In addition to this, the dress was marked on the front and they promised to reimburse us for dry cleaning or cover the cost of dress if marks could not be removed, we had it cleaned but they wanted to argue the point when we fronted with the bill. They eventually paid. Very poor standard of work. We will not use them again.
Got a pair of pants taken up - paid $22 for what I normally pay $16 50 at springfresh for and lasted 1 week. Rang them and they said to bring it back but I have to take time off work to do so or do it on my weekend - no pick up service NO SERVICE AT ALL... advertise dont pay if not done within the hour. took over the hour and still had to pay.....
