Deanne made deciding on a wedding dress such seamless process! I had heard all these horror stories about finding 'the dress' but after my sister got her wedding dress made by Deanne, I knew straight away after attending her fittings that I did not need to look any further.
Deanne's service is impeccable and cant be compared to any! She is the most sweetest person and is so patient! She was always available to discuss any questions and was always willing to accommodate for any needs that I had. Everyone at my wedding was stunned by my dress, it was of the highest quality and exactly what I wanted for my big day. Deanne has the most stunning dress designs and an eye for detail.
Out of all the experiences I had whilst planning my wedding Deanne was definitely the best, I will always be grateful for finding you! Thank you so much Deanne for making the magical wedding dress I've always dreamed of! Xx

Deanne was absolutely amazing from the very first day I met her! She genuinely cares about your special day and will work with you to make sure your dress is perfect. Whenever I was feeling unsure or nervous she always was available to speak to. The quality of my dress was above and beyond my expectation. August 2018 - I feel compelled to make an addition here as Deanne has edited her original Google post several times despite the fact that this all occured almost a year ago.

1. There was never any issue with my ''plus size'' or making a dress with sleeves until I posted a negative review. The fact that she has now posted my measurements on Google Reviews in an effort to shame my size/shape is unbecoming and reflects the kind of business you are dealing with.

Be very cautious when using this service. The gown design is beautiful and the business owner presents a professional front. But unfortunately the dressmaking process and communication is very poorly organised, and resulted in me seeing my dress (incomplete) for the first time 3 weeks before my wedding.

The dress at this time was unfinished (sleeves needed to be added, too long-couldn’t walk without tripping), so alterations had to be made. This was still not complete 3 days before the wedding when I picked up the dress (there were still dressmaking pins in it where it was to be taken up!). Due to time constraints the dress was never finished. Although the dress looked lovely on the outside, I couldn’t walk without tripping and the whole process was very stressful. There was no fault admitted and no apology. We were charged full price. Care advised.
