Looking Smart Optometrists

The worst service I have ever received from an optometrist. First script was incorrect, very limited range of glasses, terrible service and rude staff. They are more than happy to take your money and even after nearly 2 months I am still without glasses. I have asked for a refund and was then informed by the optometrist that it would take nearly 4 weeks for my private health fund to receive the funds back. I was informed of a quicker way by my health fund which Looking Smart refused to do. While I was in the store today there were 2 other people complaining about their glasses. DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE!!!!
