I \'\'WAS\'\' a regular customer at Lord John. After their latest treatment, I will certainly never recommend this shop. I have discovered a mens outfitter with all the same brand names, reasonable if not better prices. More important, helpful, and so much less arrogant. It seems to me that when it comes to the sale, Lord John stop at nothing to be obliging. As long as I was purchasing their brand names, there was no problem, I was treated with utmost care. This last week brought their true after sale service into the spotlight....... about $150-oo bought my disappointment.
