Terrible customer service, the owner is something else, I have never been made to feel so uncomfortable, and even after all their stuff ups they still charged me with only a partial refund in which she literally threw the money at me! Disgusting! If you want a relaxing spa experience do not waste your time here! The worst is I had organized this apt a week prior, along with babysitter ect and I walked out feeling horrible! If the owner refunded me fully and apologized I probably wouldn't be writing this but the way she acted ect I feel totally ripped off! Along with the skin around my nails that she "ripped off" literally!

I went to Lotus using a Scoopon which for a 1.5 hour package, only to find that the treatment went for 1 hour! I only realised when I got to my next appointment 30 minutes early! The experience was great, but I feel a little let down that it didn't go for the whole 1.5 hours.

I was kept waiting for 30 minutes. Then when I asked for the staff to only do my face waxing and not the arms as I needed to be somewhere soon, staff said was very quick. Unfortunately staff also took off the middle of my eyebrow in rush, and then tried to tell me it was like that when I came in. They gave me an eyebrow pencil to fill in the gap, but still charged me for the rest of the waxing. Very poor customer service.

Not much point making an appointment here as it means very little to them. Booked an appointment which I reconfirmed (in person), then got an SMS to confirm it again. Was then phoned asking to change it - not possible, called the next day and told they couldn't do it because" they wanted to finish early". Go elsewhere!!!!!!!!!! There are PLENTY of better beauty salons around!
