Louie's Security

Louie's gave us a competitive price and the service was amazingly prompt and friendly. Unfortunately for us, the product we bought wasnt entirely to our satisfaction but to their credit, the company removed it and took it away without dispute. It wasnt the ideal scenario but the hassle-free and polite way that their office and team handled it deserves recognition.

Have had a couple of doors installed by this Company over the last 10 years and have up until now found then to be good. However the man running the office now is very sarcastic and unapologetic both in the office and on the phone. Had flyscreens redone and opted to drop off and pick up myself to save time and money. (this was highly recommeded by them as the best way). After returning home found that they had not redone one of the screens. (which is not great to start with) I then had to go back down and drop it of again myself. No apology only sarcastic comments. (would like to point out that my mum had a quote done at the same time and also found him sarcastic and has decided to go elsewhere). Security door was also installed and when the job was done no clean up and metal shavings left in the security door itself and all around the outside brickpaving, which as I have a dog I then needed to vacum and sweep up the the shavings. I was very happy with the customer service, the whole process and quality of the product. The price was also reasonable given I did obtain a number of quotes. I was getting a fly screen replaced but on the day I also enquired about the lock on the security door as it did not dead lock despite locking it with a key. I thought I would have to pay extra to replace the lock. However, instead of trying to rip me off and telling me to the replace the lock, the guy had a look and fixed it as it was a small issue. Very happy with them and will definitely use them again. They also got back to me very quickly when I wanted a quote.
