I went in for a proper consult and the doctor had me out the door within 2 minutes. The doctor didnt care whatsoever. Maybe lessen their patient load as they were less caring. Typical attitude of a bulk billing doctor in my eyes.

I think things are getting better. I couple of times that I have come in, reception has been friendly and proactive. I think the main thing is that certain staff have left or have been replaced with those more friendly. I haven't been there at busy times, though. It was good to see a few terrible unfriendly staff leave. Seems some get insolent pretty quickly, as though they are somehow incredibly important because they work as a medical receptionist. Hilarious, if not pathetic. There are other places near Robina Town Centre which are more quiet.

Wait time is ridiculous even first thing in the morning.

Have been to a few different doctors there & only like one but was hard to get into.

It's hard for me to get to a doctor due to working a Monday-Friday job 8-4.30 & I know they're open Saturdays but of course my doctor stopped working Saturdays.

Staff not very helpful at offering solutions.

I no longer go to this doctors as I have found another one that bulk bills & have actually been seen earlier than my appointment time on a few occasions.

Terrible staff, all they did was talk to each other were not interested in helping me, the Doctor was rude and disinterested. I went back to complain to management and felt like I was talking to a wall. Go elsewhere people!

I used to go to this clinic for years not because of the great friendly service but because it was the closest place that excepted walk in patients bulk billed. Often I suffer from colds & flus due to my work environment & often need a medical certificate on the day that I am off work sick. Over the years of going to this centre the staff were always rude. You will be told off if I dared ask them how much longer it would be to see a doctor even though I have been waiting hours. I decided I had enough of their rudeness. After i came out after seeing a doctor i approached the reception desk staff to cancel an appointment as I didn't need to see the doctor again about my shoulder. I stood at the desk with 3 staff just sitting there. No one around me & I thought I'll just see how long this will take.
