disgusting after sale service....... Not only did it take 8 weeks to make my recliners. But they where dropped off at my house in pieces. We had to put them together ourselves. After struggling to do so we rang the company for some assistance, All they could say is "No one else has ever had this much trouble doing it" ( which was fantastic help, would of been better calling up the local brothel they probably would of been more help). Then after all the dramas 2 of the bolts for the legs where threaded, After calling them up to get a replacements. I get told that they will post them out to me and i could be waiting up to 2 weeks!!!!!!. I am absolutely disgusted in the place as a customer and would not recommend anyone go there to purchase anything.
