My partner and I purchased the Tara sideboard from lounge lovers in waterloo on 30/7/2019.
We were told that the item would be a 9.5-week wait (04/10/2019) which was long but we decided we would wait. We paided our money in full and started to wait.

On the 27/9/2019 we received an automated email to say that our sideboard has been 'delayed' (giving no reason what so ever) till the 30/10/2019. Great furniture store, I bought a sofa (hugo corner) and a dining table. Nice people, great value for money. Definitely recommend if you’re looking for quality/designer but still affordable products

Rently purchased a dining set and TV unit from Lounge Lovers Waterloo.Speedy delivery time and I really liked their tracking app..

Unfortunately, we had twice really poor experience. We bought and paid upfront for our furniture,
with a pickup time schedule the following weeks. When we picked up the furniture, it was damaged badly. Then they ordered a second time and 1 week later it was damaged again (worst than the first time). When asking what's next, they responded that they could NOT do much about it and haven't showing any interest in solving the problem. Really frustrating experience... we still today don't have any furniture and the payment occurred a month ago.

Purchased a TV unit late Dec'18 from the Waterloo showroom, there was an issue at almost every stage of the process from sales to delivery to product quality.

If your looking for a seamless customer experience, reliable and trustworthy look elsewhere.

1) Sales - Sales assistant was tardy, inexperienced and had insufficient product knowledge. On more than one instance provided inaccurate and incorrect information for example "We don't make this product in this size, (they made the it in this size)" "We don't have the product on display, (the product was on display)" ...read more
