Love & Co Thornbury

I've dealt with the team at Love Real Estate Thornbury in various capacities. One being a colleague of mine owns a few properties managed by them and I myself have inspected rental properties managed by them some weeks back. I seriously cannot fault the Property Management team there. It was soo refreshing to finally see such a hard working, enthusiastic and professional set of Property Managers. All my queries and concerns were answered fast, they totally went far and beyond to assist me during my house haunting period and my colleague always has her issues taken care of in one phone call in relation to her investment property. The management team responsible for the hiring of staff is doing awesomely there. Keep it up guys! A++

Last Thursday I inspected an Ej Love & Co Real Estate rental property. It was ideal, so I submitted my application form to the agent at the inspection. They promised to call the following Monday. I left a message with them on Tuesday, checking that my application was complete and asking when the tenancy would be decided. Having received no reply, I left another message on Thursday. Today (Friday), I called the general office number and was told the applications had been sent to the owner, who would decide on a tenant that afternoon. The person I spoke to promised to call me by the end of the day. At 4.30pm, my husband called the agency. He was told that an SMS was sent to all applicants on Tuesday, and that the property was let on Wednesday. My husband explained that we had received no SMS, and asked if our application had been lost. The agent he spoke to did not give a straight answer. We recently sold our first home through Love Real Estate and they made the whole process easy and stress free. They always kept us updated on progress and went above and beyond with their service. Very professional, friendly and knowledgeable staff and a great result on auction day. Highly recommended.

Surprise by any negative comments on this agency. As one of their landlords, I have always found them to be professional and on the ball with all matters relating to my property. Great team... Keep up the good work!
