Emily Barron founder and director of Love Me Fitness started in the fitness industry over 15 years ago and is a Master Trainer and Pilates Instructor. Passionate about fitness and injury prevention, Emily believes everyone has the chance to achieve a happier, more energized and balanced lifestyle.Emily personally struggled with chronic injuries and substantial weight gain through her pregnancies. She has since lost over 20kg as a busy mum through diet and exercise and learnt how to manage her injuries through Pilates.

Great service from an understanding personal trainer who wont push you too hard after illness or injury. It's so hard to get fitness back after inactivity due to injury and Emily is there for you each step of the way. Much better than organising personal training at a gym.
