If I could give this place a zero I would. Worst nail place I have ever been to ever. Customer service was appalling & they have to be told repeatedly what you want done. I had to go through 3 people to ask for a simple SnS ombre nails and all 3 had no idea after saying that it can be done. Why agree to something that you can't do. And why take on more people when you're already busy and everyone is waiting for over an hour. I asked for manicure with sns nails and pedicure with shellac and only got a half decent pedicure. I paid over $60 just for my feet. I would advise anyone thinking of going here to not bother. They are overpriced and so rude and it is definitely not worth the wait.
I unfortunately went to Love Nails to get my acrylic infills done. Instead of telling me they were busy and to come back later, I was looked after by a staff who was trying to get both my nails another lady's done at the same time. staff ripped a loose nail off with no warning and drilled into my nails too far making them sore for days after. Once they were finally done, I was relegated to a stool facing a wall at the back of the store to wait for them to dry!
Absolutely terrible. Rushed and poor quality. When I politely asked them to fix my nails staff was indifferent and unhelpful. I get my nails done every two weeks and will never go back here. Not worth $70.
