Love Real Estate

please do not pass your house to Love Real estate Mill Park. Whatever they promise you, they will turned you down after. They are incapble of managing your house. I had a bad experience with them esp in repairing and maintenance. Will waste the landlord's time and money, whether intended or unintended. Regardless, the landlord loses as a result, they never care. They just want you to pay in order to solve the issue. They won't answer your questions directly but will go out of topic. Please Stay away from them.

Has to be the worst property managers in Melbourne!
Staff rude and incompetent. This is a warning to property owners - they will cost you a fortune, they don't treat tenants with respect, which in turn will cost you dearly!
They disrespect landlords, take forever to attend to maintenance and I could go on and on and on!
Obviously the Director of Love Real Estate is incapable of managing staff.

Extremely inefficient.

Some staff may be caring but regardless very inefficient.

Struggle to handle major events such as rental defaults, large scale repair and maintenance work, organizing quotations takes days minimum to weeks at times. Will waste the landlord's time and money, whether intended or unintended. Regardless, the landlord loses as a result. I am still suffering financially from lack of interest and action.

I strongly suggest landlords to organize medium to large scale repair or maintenance work themselves and not relying on Love Real Estate Mill Park.

This review is purely based on my own personal experience. Others may have had better experience.

I have nothing positive to say about this place. VERY poor customer service- the staff here are the type that give real estate agents a bad name. Communication is appalling: never do they return calls, very manipulative, not at all helpful and certainly not by the books. I will NEVER have anything to do with Love again. STAY AWAY.

I have an investment property with Love real estate in mill park and can't speak more highly of my experience with them. Melba manages my property and is so lovely and a pleasure to deal with. I have dealt with a few real estate agencies in the area over the last few years and can honestly say that this is the best experience I've had. I'm a happy customer & wouldn't hesitate to recommend Love mill park to my friends!
