First point of contact through the phone is much improved; friendly, cheerful but understanding towards customers' needs can be improved.
Response time for scheduling installer is also much better. A few hours wait for a call back.
The installer has always been courteous, almost always on time, understanding, efficient and friendly. More care could be taken to the works done though. We ended up with an extra hole in the wall which was not needed and never approved as permission was not sought. The blind full length does not fully extend to the floor anymore after the fix.
The person who takes the calls was not very helpful unless one knows who to contact for specific queries. The blinds installer was friendly, easygoing, humorous and pleasant. The job was well done although one of the blinds installed is a little askew so it wouldn't close properly.
