Absolutely disgusting customer service. Asked for a refund and got told "we are too busy". Continued to ask politely and told to go away "we are too busy". This lead to causing a scene. I want you all to know this business could have made a deady mistake today:
I stated I wanted no dairy in my meal, was given the complete wrong order. Sent it back and told them I wanted no dairy what so ever (multiple times). They acted as if they understood. Was then given a new meal.. again containing dairy.
If you work in food you really need to understand the risk of giving someone who asks for no dairy food containing dairy! Lucky many people are used to checking their food before eating. ...read more
