My dad services his car at Pitstop Automotive for more than 10 years so this was my first car service of choice before I bought my car. They did my pre purchase inspection and have been doing the maintenance for it ever since. I am very satisfied with the level of expertise, customer service and very grateful for all the advice.
I have taken my car back 4 times since the gas was fitted. Before the last visit I rang three times and left 3 messages for them to call back. They wouldn't return my call. The staff said "they would talk to me when I come in". I came in on wednesday, the staff came out of the door ordering me to
Move my car. They then went on to tell me "never come back". They carried on pointing their finger in my face and telling me to move my car again. This is the worst service I have ever had.
In times when customer service seems to be getting worse Brian and his team at LPG Auto Network have restored some of my faith in this dying art.
I found Brian to be very helpful and knowledgeable and actually kept me in the loop as far as how the job was progressing with my Ford Territory.
Once the job was completed he took the time out of his busy work schedule to run me through the work that had been done and how it all functioned.
The quality of the work was also first class and the car is running superbly (and cheaply).

I took my car to Brian at LPG Autonetwork with a significant problem caused by another gas converter taking shortcuts/ cost cutting processes. These guys were very professional, knowledgeable and efficient at diagnosing the problem and rectifying it. The car is now running better than ever and I will take any future gas conversion/ diagnosis requirements straight to these guys.
Discussions with other customers in the waiting room revealed that they too had good experiences with this workshop and their cars too were running very well. One customer even drives from the Gold Coast back to Hallam to get his car serviced at LPG Autonetwork.
Honest and genuine specialists in the LPG field, highly recommended.
