Lube Mobile - The Mobile Mechanics

Following a diagnosis of a Faulty ECU. Requested a Quote for a replacement ECU to include costs and parts. Really simple other places have been able to do this. Was advised that a diagnosis and quote would cost $88. No mention of having to pay for a quote on their web site. If this is how they act when a simple request costs $88 imagine the kind of cost they will come up with to do the actual work!

I Called Lube Mobile and agreed to their service call of $110... First Mistake! The Mechanic was a nice staff, but had absolutely no knowledge of my car (2008 BMW 520d) - They said that they would have to go and source parts for things that didnt even need replacing! I felt as if they were just trying to pressure a sale from me.. I told them that I didn't believe that was the problem and that I was going to take it elsewhere. Turns out that what had been diagnosed (Particle Filter) was not even the problem and my other mechanic diagnosed it in a few minutes and replaced it for a very reasonable Price. Buyer Beware!

Called Lube Mobile - Firstly to get a 'Mechanic' out to me, they were going to charge me over $110!! I decided to get someone out - They were very unprofessional - The staff on the other end of the phone had a dull tone and seemed more or less bored.. The Mechanic came out and boy I got a surprise... I had a minor fuel problem and they could not even diagnose that! They quoted me over $1500 to replace all the parts essentially linked to the fuel system of my car! I thought that was absolutely ridiculous. I do not recommend Lube Mobile to anyone! Complete Rip Off!

Thanks guys for doing a wonderful job on servicing my car. It was fantastic that you could service then on the same day which meant I was not without my car!!!! Price was fair. Will recommed you to all of my friends - Great work - Cheers :-)

These guys are so expensive spent $1500 to get fuel lines flushed out was told car contaminated fuel, had them out again my Daewoo car packed it in a few weeks later. I never use them again they are just too expensive not sure how they are still in business with such high prices
