I will not recommend Lube mobile at any cost. PLEASE BE CAREFUL!!!!!!!!!
I booked for a service with Lube mobile to replace my clutch. I have quote for $1500 but paid $3500. However my car is broke down
- After the services Mechanic smashed the bonnet and it is unable to open.
- Damaged my radiator so heavy smoke was coming out of the car
- Overpriced additional service are included without my knowledge
- Air conditioner not working. Air conditioner hose has been damaged while replacing clutch
Very unprofessional, mechanic got no idea how to handle the car. I sent an email and spoke to manager. Manager claims it is old model car and these problems have nothing to do with car services and cannot fix the issues. My car is 2011 model and only 40KM completed. All the issues started only after the car service. Now car had a major engine failure and it is completely broke down.
I phoned up to book my BMW in for a service but was not sure whether I need an inpection I or II. The customer service was not able to advice me of the major difference. The quote for inspection II was $646.90 (advised with discount already) but the final bill ended up over the $1000 mark.
