Lube Mobile

I have just had (and am still in) a really bad experience with Lube Mobile in Canberra. As I type this, I am waiting for another LM mechanic to fix what the last guy just broke yesterday when he was repairing my car. My car is sitting out the front of my house and will barely start or idle when it does start. I can't drive it anywhere. I am stuck here. Unfortunately I didn't realise this problem till after the guy left yesterday and I had paid. The cost of everything, his pushiness, incorrect invoice and overcharging for labour is totally another matter. LM could not help me to fix it last night as they said all of their mechanics were finished for the day, the earliest appointment would be the next afternoon. I called the NRMA out to try to diagnose and fix so that I could have a functioning car (I really did need it), but they couldn't diagnose and it refused to start (I think they wanted to stay out of it). it amazing mobile service. I want to use this type functionalty

There service was a rip off as they charged us $800 plus. They were telling us more faults as the service went on. We only wanted a general service check up! not a full car modification. The car was less than 5 years old. Will never deal with again nor refer them.

I was delighted with their service; fantastic job. Would not hesitate to recommend or use again.

Personally, these guys are ok if you need work done ASAP and cant get your car to a good mechanic. But they do charge significantly more than your regular mechanic and I have found there work really isnt up to scratch.
