Lucky Thai Groceries

If you are looking for the Thai-version of grocery shopping in Sydney, then you might just be in luck when you visit Lucky Thai Groceries at Campbell Street.

Lucky Thai Groceries occupies three separate stores one next to another, with each serving different kinds of groceries: one selling fresh foods (and vegetables), one selling frozen foods and packaged foods, and another one selling general snacks, confectionery, and drinks.

Once you have gotten past its unpleasant setup of the stores (and yes, you would have to pay separately in each store), you will be pleased with its extensive and occasionally good priced items in there. I usually frequent the general groceries store to buy myself some drinks from the fridge sections and they are quite competitively priced even against the big supermarket chains, especially knowing that they have low prices everyday.

The checkout staffs are also polite, which makes shopping here quite a breeze.
